Bluestone Reunion Weekend Details
April 27-29, 2017
The Courtyard by Marriott (540.432.3031) will be reunion headquarters for the weekend. A block of rooms for reunion attendees is available at a discounted rate ($95/night). Rooms must be reserved by April 6, 2017 to ensure the discounted rate. Please identify yourself as a member of the Bluestone Reunion 2017 group. Check-in time is 3 p.m.

Shuttle buses will depart from the Courtyard by Marriott only and will be available throughout the weekend. If you are not staying at the Courtyard, you may still park there to catch the shuttles.
Our shuttle service will take you door to door to each event that is on the schedule.
A detailed shuttle schedule will be provided at check-in and you will receive a basic one in your final reminder for the weekend. You may also check back here in March and April for an updated schedule posted online.
Dress for the weekend
All day events are casual - please be sure to wear comfortable shoes and be aware that there will be a lot of walking during the tours.
The Friday and Saturday evening events are suggested "Sunday Attire." Saturday may be slightly dressier than Friday.Coat and tie are appropriate for gentlemen.
Be mindful of the weather!
If you have disability needs, please let us know! We will have an ADA compliant shuttle on both Friday and Saturday, but we will need to prepare appropriately.
If you have any special dietary concerns, be sure to let us know on the registration. Our catering office can accommodate any request.
